The parent/guardian agrees to:
Provide necessary information: Make available all relevant information to the Tutor prior to each Lesson, enabling effective assistance for the Student.
Ensure punctual attendance: Ensure the child attends scheduled lessons on time.
Maintain appropriate communication: Limit communications with the Tutor to relevant Lesson content only.
Avoid personal discussions: Refrain from discussing personal matters or seeking counseling from the Tutor.
Uphold payment obligations: Understand that failure to attend a session does not waive payment liability, except with written consent from the institution at its sole discretion.
Report disputes or issues: Notify Apex Academic Centre (Pty) Ltd of any disputes, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activities involving a Tutor.
Ensure minor's supervision: When the Student is a minor, ensure a Parent is present during the Lesson or provide consent for the Student to continue without parental presence.
